Role Trends is made by Reno Labs, LLC. Last updated when job alerts launched.

What we keep

• Your email address, the companies and role types you pick, and when you signed up.
• The alerts we sent you and whether they went through.
• On the $12 plan: your plan status from Stripe, and your resume as plain text if you add one.
• Where you came from (for example a campaign tag in the link you clicked), so we know which pages work.

Your resume

• We never store the PDF. When you upload one, we send it once, through OpenRouter, to Anthropic's Claude to read the text, keep the text, and drop the file.
• For each alert we score, the resume text and the job posting go through OpenRouter to Anthropic's Claude to judge fit. Anthropic's commercial terms do not allow it to train models on this data.
• The text sits in private storage at Cloudflare. Only our service can read it.
• It is deleted when you delete it on your account page, when you unsubscribe, when you delete your account, and 30 days after your paid plan ends.

Who handles your data

• Cloudflare runs the site, stores your account and your resume text, and sends our emails.
• Stripe takes payments. We never see or store your card.
• Anthropic reads resumes and postings to score fit, as above.
• OpenRouter passes those requests from our service to Anthropic.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with anyone else.

Text alerts

Text alerts are not available yet. When they are, you will only get texts if you add your number and tick the box to agree. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from your account page at any time. That removes your email, picks, alerts and resume right away. Our database backups age out within 30 days. Every alert email also has an unsubscribe link.
